A few places we work that are easy to miss
Harris County is not the whole story. A charge filed in Fort Bend, Galveston, or Montgomery County runs through a different courthouse, in front of a different set of prosecutors, and the practical answer to what happens next can change with the county line. In Richmond we handle DWI at every level, from a first offense through a second offense and a felony third offense, and on the other side of the docket we represent people hurt by a drunk driver in a Richmond crash.
Bellaire has its own municipal court and its own rhythm, and two questions come up there more than any others: what DWI probation actually requires of you month to month, and what you are facing if a crash led to an intoxication manslaughter charge. In Galveston County we defend assault cases generally and family violence allegations specifically, and we take injury cases there as well. Baytown brings us family member assault and drug possession cases out of the same courthouse. Up in Conroe, most of our injury work involves motorcycle crashes on the highways feeding into Montgomery County.
If you would rather scan the whole list than a city at a time, our practice areas page lays out every kind of case we take.
