Blass Law works out of 917 Franklin in downtown Houston, a few blocks from the Harris County Criminal Justice Center, and we take cases all over the Houston area. Where your case gets filed matters more than which city you live in. A DWI in Katy can land in Harris County or Fort Bend County depending on which side of the county line the stop happened. A wreck in Pearland can be a Brazoria County case. Each county has its own courts, its own prosecutors and its own habits, and we practice in all of them.
Call (713) 664-4000. If you’ve been arrested, everything you tell us is confidential. If you’ve been hurt, the consultation is free, and there’s no fee unless we recover for you. If we don’t recover, you don’t owe us for case expenses either.
Harris County and Houston
Most of our cases are here. Criminal cases go to the Criminal Justice Center at 1201 Franklin, and injury suits go to the civil courthouse at 201 Caroline. Start with our Houston criminal defense and Houston personal injury pages, or see every Houston practice area, including DWI. A DWI arrest by the Bellaire or Humble police still goes to county court, and so does one out of Tomball. For injury cases, see our Cypress and Tomball car accident pages. A wreck in Humble or Atascocita is a Harris County case too, and our Humble car accident page covers it. So does a wreck in Clear Lake City, and our Clear Lake injury page covers the cities around it too. Most of Spring is in Harris County, but the part north of Spring Creek is in Montgomery County, and our Spring injury page explains the difference. Truck wrecks along the Pasadena refinery corridor have their own page.
Fort Bend County
Sugar Land, Richmond, Missouri City, Stafford and Rosenberg cases go to the Fort Bend County Justice Center in Richmond. Charged with DWI out there? See Sugar Land DWI and Fort Bend County DWI. If you were hurt, see Sugar Land personal injury. Our Fort Bend County court locations page lists where each court sits.
Katy
Katy reaches past Harris County into Fort Bend and Waller, so where a Katy case gets filed depends on where it happened and who was involved. See our Katy car accident and Katy 18-wheeler accident pages.
Brazoria County
Pearland straddles three counties, but most of it is Brazoria, and Brazoria County cases are heard in Angleton. See our pages on Pearland and Brazoria County criminal defense and Pearland car accidents.
Galveston County
League City, Texas City, Dickinson and Galveston itself are Galveston County cases, heard at the courthouse on 59th Street in Galveston. DWI cases there are covered on our Galveston DWI page. If you were hurt, see Galveston personal injury and League City car accidents. Friendswood straddles Galveston and Harris counties at Clear Creek, and our Friendswood car accident page explains how that plays out.
Montgomery County
Cases from Conroe and most of The Woodlands go to the Montgomery County courthouse in Conroe. See our Conroe and Montgomery County DWI page. If you were hurt, see our Conroe injury and Woodlands personal injury pages.
Don’t see your city? It almost certainly falls in one of these counties, and we handle it. Call (713) 664-4000.
