Miranda rights: Miranda rights apply when someone’s in custody and they’re being interrogated. This means someone’s been arrested and they’re being asked questions by police officers. So you have the right to remain silent. This is a good right. Don’t waive this right. If you want to wave something, wave the American flag, but remain silent.
You also have the right to have a lawyer present during any question. Always do that. It can be a lawyer from blast law. It could be any lawyer, just have a lawyer present during any questioning, because they can tell you to not say anything. If you find yourself in a situation where you’ve started to say something and decided not to have a lawyer, you still have the right to terminate the interview.
So when you’re sitting there thinking, wow, this may not be good. Your next step should be, Hey guys, this is over. I’m done. Don’t waive that. Remember to wave the American flag, not your rights and call Blass Law.
