Every result on this page is a real Blass Law case. Each summary describes what the police or the State said our client did, because that’s the case we had to beat. Names and identifying details are left out to protect our clients.
Results like these don’t happen by waiting for the State to lose interest. They come from getting the video, picking apart the breath and blood testing, filing the motions that matter and preparing every case as if it’s going to trial. Prosecutors notice which lawyers actually try cases, and that changes what happens to our clients.

Not Guilty Verdicts and Grand Jury No-Bills
A jury heard the evidence and said not guilty, or a grand jury heard it and refused to indict. Several of these clients faced felonies, including capital murder.
